Below, Students of the Unusual's new logo for 2005 and some of the steps I presented to Terry Cronin. I started with the current logo, interesting but somewhat hard to read, simplified some of the type and turned it into a monolith with a creature in the corner (Middle right below). With the others, I went with the "collegiate" theme Students of the Unusual always uses when referring to the book and thought "varsity jacket," with pinstriping and appropriately square typestyles. Terry dumped my dragon and demon elements as too confining and chose a rather elegant design below, top. Copyright 3 Boys Productions.
